I am Grateful For Family And Friends...

There is no such thing as a self made man.

We all need people.

When God wants to bless you,  he will mostly use people, it is only when he can't find them He will use animal or things..

My greatest wealth today after the HolySpirit, are my family and friends.

I come from a great family that values devotion to God, family, and diligence at work and business.

In life I have friends who taught me how to spell  and smell 'Opportunity',  how to put my best foot forward,  those who show up to listen or brainstorm with me in changing times and those with whom we work,  play and celebrate together.

I have been blessed with many friends that I might need to write a full report mentioning names.

I have been blessed with a lovely family,  a beautiful wife and lovely son,  I belong to  a big family of wise, godly and lovely fathers,  mothers, brothers, sisters, aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces,  nephews and in-laws, for which  I am grateful  and thankful.

You my friends ( online and offline) and family continue to challenge me,  encourage me,  believe in me, watch my back and help me grow everyday. I am thankful for friends and family.

LESSONS FROM MY DIARY AND TWITTER TIME LINE

I passed through the day like a student and a learner. Indeed, it is a great day.
1. When you send a message to the universe, it is sent back to you like wise. I wrote extensively on this in an article titled LAW OF ECHO. it's a universal law. i sent some tweets out earlier and i got lovely retweets and some feelings of "kindred spirit"

2.GRATITUDE IS A GREAT ATTITUDE: I had just finished a 30day Gratitude writing /blogging challege and i must say I have been bit by the gratitude bug. i am beginning to appreciate and apply the power of the two words THANK YOU. And today i sent a tweet to my different mentors who have positively touched me ad continue to do on different ways. Also i want to say THANK YOU for reading this right now and THANK YOU if you eventually drop a comment. *smiles*

3. ALWAYS SHOW UP NO MATTER WHAT: I had made calls earlier in the week to arrange an appointment for today with a VIP who I have been trying to meet but has never showed up, and my imperfect self did blew it today by not showing up and my guest showed up! . I am thankful though to our team who still took care of presentations. No Excuse! I did follow up with a phone call and rescheduled a return visit. I will always show up; no matter what..so help me God (to also help myself)

4. REACH OUT TO FRIENDS : It's a busy world and fast-paced. It's no excuse for not keeping tabs on business but it's like good enough reason for some of us not to reach out to friends. Not me... or at least I try to reach out to people once in a while. I am a people person and in the people business. So all my friends are important to me . INCLUDING YOU! I MEAN IT. reach out to your friends, even some who do not reciprocate, at least for a while but avoid the unrepentant pessimist and negative folks as much as possible.

5. I FOLLOW THE LESSONS: I Spent a great deal of time today on tweeter yeah! i confess... I read an interesting tweets,i acually read many interesting ones, but the infographic read "MANY PEOPLE MISS THE MESSAGE BECAUSE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THE MISTAKES" Stop looking at the mistakes, follow the message and get the lessons that.os when you begin to profit from failure and trade it for SUCCESS.

Today I thank God for my friends....I take time to appreciate my wonderful friends. You are the best!
Looking back, my life has been blessed by wonderful friends who helped me grow and learn every step of the way.
I have had friends who challenged me to give my best, do more and become more.

I love meeting people every time and so I never stop making new friends. A mentor once shared that friendship is one of the relationships in which you have a choice of choosing who boards your (friend- )ship.

The advent of the internet and social media, makes it even easier to make more friends across the boundary of language, culture, race or
geographical location.

Friends are like sunshine!

Friends are like wings that help you fly...

Friends are worth more than diamonds in prices... Thank God for friends..

One day understanding the value of friendship and meeting new people, I decided to do an estimate on how to make a million new friends!

Imagine meeting 3 new friends everyday and in one year, I would have made 1095 new friends! and imagine even the progression
when I now decide to meet their friends, I even make more friends and the progression goes on.

The social media has also afforded me more ways to connect with my old and new friends...What a wonderful feeling when I discover I can have all my thousands of friends on Facebook, twitter, Slide share, Google-plus, Blogger, etc. all in my pocket via my mobile device!

However, as much as I love to make more new friends, I will never stop to appreciate and cherish all my wonderful old friends...
you are God's wonderful gift to me and I am so grateful to God for you.
