God is the King of all, he made the Sun king of the Solar System and as it were Earth a Queen amongst other planets.
He has made men kings, often time men don't walk in the fullness of their royalty.
However, amongst men there are Kings by different levels.
He who is born King, he who is crowned King and he who crowns himself King.
It belongs to every Emperor to crown himself.
It is in the human nature to look for a King, or to celebrate a king in every sphere or space of influence, it is also an underlying theme of the art of seduction.
It behoves on every king to also expand his territory and in turn influence through conquests or alliances.
This is the way of royalty and there is no fixed end to how it evolves.
When you walk in your full power and royalty, this is how you Rise To Greatness.

It is indeed true that the books you read and the people you hang out with are major game changers on your journey to greatness.
I began my journey to sharing value through speaking and blogging over 7 years ago from my University campus, but I always knew there was always something more I could do to up my game...

CREATING A CULTURE OF GREATNESS

        Greatness is the highest point of exhibition of Excellence. It is the highest peak of performance and Success. This is where your Success becomes infectiously contagious all because you succeed effortlessly and you do so with Panache.
Creating a culture of greatness requires that you do 3 quick things amongst others...


1. DESIRE AND DEFINE THE END GOAL...
Create a compelling and definite goal fuelled by a Burning Desire.
You must desire the object of your goal with every part of your being and be ready to go after it. This is the point of clarity which also helps your focus, by being very clear on what is at stakes, you can devote all your energy to it. The next thing is look at your goals and decide the people who are instrumental to the realization of the goals.

2. UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF HABITS.
The reason why winners win, losers lose, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is all in the ground work of their habits. You must first become before you can do things that ensure you have certain results. Once you have mastered the principles of habits, then you can uninstall unhealthy habits and create the ones that help you succeed effortlessly.

2b. CREATE RITUALS AND ROUTINES: A renowned speaker pointed that nothing dominates your life if it does not happen daily. Every day consciously do the things that matter to the fulfillment of your great goals. Your daily routines are great indicators to your habits and who you are becoming everyday. Who are you becoming?

 3. BELIEVE!
Nothing can stop the power of Faith. The power of belief is so strong it's like bending all the rays of sunshine into burning off all obstacles. Believe in God. God or as some say the Universe is abundant with great energy and possibilities. Believe in yourself, you are an expression of God's unlimited abilities on the earth. If you believe you will move all mountains, and nothing shall be impossible to you! You are unstoppable.

Birthday Post: Grateful Without Holding Back

Its my birthday. Thanks for gifts,calls and messages rolling in from all media. Permit me to share with you today without holding back.  Its a great day and I want to share it with two great people in my life. Two great women- My two Mums.
Like every Great man, my story isn't  complete until I share without holding back..and this part of my story I have held back for years from most people. For the keenly observant, I have been quite "silent" about my "maternity  connection" so much that I have allowed my mothers birthdays to pass without making much buzz about it on social media. Even though I celebrate them greatly always and in every way. No regrets, I just wanted to share it all until a later time perhaps in some of my new books..However this is a sneek-peek.
God has blessed me enough to bless me with many mothers and most especially my two mums; one who brought me to the world and the other who brought me up and I am grateful to them and love them deeply . In a great way we ( 3 of us) all have our birthdays on different dates in December, so I share this day with them and appreciate my two mothers Gladys Bedell and Adesola Olukemi Ayeni .

I am grateful for two decades and more of earthly sojourn,all that I have and that I am is by the grace of God. I am daily excited because God is set to do much more today and in the years ahead than He has done in the past years of my life.
I am grateful for the gifts of family and friends. I am also grateful in the course of the year to God for my wonderful friend and love of my life Jumoke M Lawal
As we step into the new year with faith and hope. I look forward to launching my first newly published book of quotes #BrightIdeas and to exciting new beginnings...
