When you’ve been hurt or offended, sometimes it’s tempting to hold on to unforgiveness. But we have to remember, when people wrong us, our battle is not against flesh and blood. In other words, that person who hurt you is not the real enemy. The Bible says that your adversary is the devil, and he knows that if you don’t forgive, then your prayers won’t be effective. Unforgiveness puts up a barrier in your life to the power of God. In fact, if we don’t forgive others, we can’t be forgiven by God. But when you choose forgiveness, you open the door for God’s healing power to flow through your life.
Disarm the enemy in your life today by choosing forgiveness. Bless those who curse you and pray for those who wrong you. Look at what Jesus did—when He was betrayed, beaten, mocked and disrespected, He chose forgiveness. As you follow His example, you will open the door for God to move in your life, and you’ll live in victory in every area of your life!

“Father, thank You for forgiving me and giving me new life. I choose today to extend the gift of forgiveness to others. I bless those who have wronged me and ask You to heal every broken place in my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Two blind men were sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, ‘Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!’ ”

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
Today’s verse talks about two blind men that no one really paid attention to. No one gave them much of a chance — but Jesus did! All through scripture we see that He had such great compassion and mercy, everywhere He went and He still has it today.
Maybe you feel like life has overlooked you. Maybe you feel like the people around you don’t really see what you are going through. Today, know that God sees you. He’ll never overlook you even when people overlook you. He is good and no matter what has happened in your life, remember that His mercy endures forever.
Notice what these men did — they called on Jesus. Even when people tried to quiet them, they called even louder. They had confidence that He would hear them and you can have confidence, too! Be bold and step out in faith, call on Him and trust that He sees you and hears you and He will have mercy!

God, thank You for Your great mercy and grace. With Your help, I want to step out and act on my faith so that I may see Your great works in Jesus’ name! Amen.

The living Word of Almighty God is the only power strong enough to discipline your flesh. It's the only power that can cause you to think, look, talk and act like a born-again man.
When I became a Christian, I was dominated by a horrible smoking habit. I tried to quit every way I could think of but nothing worked. After months of struggling and failing, I decided to attend some meetings in Hilton Sutton's church in Houston, Texas. Before I went into those meetings, I tucked my cigarettes above the sun visor in my car and left them there.
Up to that time, I hadn't learned much of anything about the Word and had never been exposed to the power of God. So when I began to hear those ministers there preaching under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, it got my attention. I was caught up in the living Word. My desires changed. All I wanted was more of God. For the first time in my life, the Scriptures came alive.
When those meetings ended and I started driving back home, I found those old, stale cigarettes tucked up in my sun visor and realized I hadn't even missed them.
What happened? The Word separated me from the desire to smoke. The Word empowered me to discipline this flesh of mine. When I saw Jesus in the Word and under the anointing of Almighty God, I was totally set free, not only of the habit but of the desire!

THE TABLE OF CELEBRATION
It’s a great day and a wonderful Sunday. I hope we all had a great Sunday service. As it’s usual to have a post on spirituality post every Sunday, today I will by God’s grace share the Word. The topic above, Table of Celebration was a word i received in my spirit while going to the Church this morning. It was so strong and it kept echoing all through the service.
I began to meditate and pray about clarity on this topic to be shared today.
Let’s look straight to the scriptures -the Bible, God’s Holy Word;
Psalm 23: 5.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows.
The table of celebration means there is celebration galore; it is not a one- time bout of celebration, but rather a momentous and continuous one. It is a table, it is established, when God sets a table of celebration for you, it is ‘Just There !’, no one or nothing can take it away.
However it is good to look at the nature of this table in the light of the scripture above.
This table is ‘prepared’ : God has a package with your name on it. It is not an accidental event, it is not a fluke, God has a deliberate agenda for your empowerment, all -round blessing and manifestation. God has deliberately prepared a table for you, you might not see it now, but he is preparing it and when He is done, it is fully laid out, it will make sense after all, because He has prepared it for YOU.
This table is first of all in God’s presence: The table is in God’s presence and because you are in His presence, you are made perfect, made whole and strengthened.
My Bible says in
Psam 16:11
You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.
It is a celebration table with an atmosphere of joy all around, can you see it! Do you believe and receive it now? God is a cheerful Dad, that love to see His children have lots of good things and enjoy life to the fullest.
This table is obviously in the presence of your enemies!: This means you are untouchable, this also connotes astounding protection and victory, your enemies, haters , doubters or critics or whoever they are can’t do nothing but be marvelled by how much God has come to help you. Also, I see ministry of angels on this note, they are assigned for your protection even at this table.
He anoints my head with oil: This table of celebration is the place of empowerment; the anointing is a seal of authority, empowerment for leadership, and everything will be determined by leadership, this comes with rising influence or authority- that means you are in charge. This is because God has taken charge and you now know what to do, you run with His will and then you are in charge, because you now represent God!
My Cup Overflows: This is celebration table prepared by God for YOU, and sure enough for your friends as well, because your enemies are there powerless and confounded, so your friends won’t do nothing but join the feast! Can you imagine what it looks like? If you have ever sat at a dinner table of a wealthy King, or Head of State, you know it would be filled with bounties and varieties, so this is no exception; it surpasses all you can imagine. The table of celebration ushers in a new season, your season of plenty and abundance, with your cup overflowing with oil. Your cup is your vessel, what you carry, and can receive with; this is an overflowing blessing beyond what can ever carry. Another thing here is that the size of your cup determines the relative level of your overflow...

The Bible says God knows what we need; he knows we want so many things and he knows and is committed to giving us our daily bread. However, his main purpose is to give us much more than bread.
He gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater.
However it is his grand plan to give us the KINGDOM. If only we ask for it.
We need to stop asking God for bread and to start asking him for seeds, because seeds generate the huge harvest sufficient to feed millions of folks we care about.
We need to look beyond God securing a space for us but rather proceed with the understanding that He wants us to have the KINGDOM and begin to ask for the nations.

30 DAYS OF GRATITUDE: THANKING GOD FOR AN EXPERIENCE
Today is the day 3 of 30 in the 30 days of Gratitude. Going by the plan which I have chosen to follow for these 30 days, we will thank God for an experience.
I believe we are the sum-total of our life’s experiences, while I am grateful for all wonderful experiences, I will choose today to appreciate God for a unique experience. For clarity sake, I will proceed to a clear definition of what an is experience.
According to Google, experience (noun) means "practical contact with, and observation of facts or events" It can also be "an event or occurrence which leaves an impression on someone."
Merriem Webster’s dictionary also sums up experience as follows; noun \ik-ˈspir-Ä“-É™n(t)s\
: the process of doing and seeing things and of having things happen to you
: skill or knowledge that you get by doing something
: the length of time that you have spent doing something (such as a particular job)
So in the context of this article, I choose to be grateful to God for every wonderful events that has happened to me or the practical contacts with, and observation of facts that I have had - most especially my spiritual experiences.
This is going to be a spirituality post, just like it is usual of my Sunday posts, I thank God for my spiritual experiences most especially the unique experience of my salvation- the day I became born again, for lay readers, this was the day I became a friend and follower of Jesus Christ.
16“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. 17God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him- John 3:16-17 (NLT)
My salvation experience was when I chose with all consciousness to serve the Lord Jesus Christ; I made a decision for him to become my Lord and Saviour by accepting the works of salvation and redemption of mankind from sin and reconciliation of men back to God. He did this by willingly offering his blood (life) as a sacrifice on the cross of Calvary and rising again on the third day. All this accounts can be found from the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John of the New Testament of a wonderful book- The Holy Bible. This Book is God’s powerful word. There are versions of it sold world-wide and even available for free online as well.
I gave my life to Christ as a young school boy who was, though brought up in a Christian home,but had gone on secret escapades of experimenting with stuffs too young for a young school boy. However, the true change came when I began to read the brown old Bible written in Yoruba in our then face-me-and- i- face-you (bungalow) apartment...that's story now... about that time I met a Christian friend in school who shared the new birth message with me so I prayed and asked Jesus to come into my heart and fill me with His wonderful Holy Spirit. Oh what joy ! And what peace I felt at that instant. I thank God for that experience.
This salvation experience was an amazing one and has been for me the beginning of a whole new life. Deciding to make a personal relationship I believe anyone can make...This is possible when you acknowledge you are a sinner and invite Jesus into your life with a simple prayer called the sinner's prayer like one shared below...This ushers you into a wonderful experience which will be the beginning of an exciting journey you will ever be grateful and thankful for.
SINNER'S PRAYER
Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. In Jesus Name!

The Way of Love
13 If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don’t love, I’m nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate.
2 If I speak God’s Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, “Jump,” and it jumps, but I don’t love, I’m nothing.
3-7 If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don’t love, I’ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I’m bankrupt without love.
Love never gives up.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Message:
In Isaiah 60:1, we are enjoined to rise and shine. To shine means to reflect light. It could also mean to fulfil your purpose. John the Baptist knew the purpose of his existence. He faced this purpose squarely and refused to be distracted. John 5:35 says this concerning him:
“He was a burning and a shinning light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.”
Light burns. Light cannot be separated from heat. Science confirms that light is produced by hot objects. A good example of this is the sun. The sun burns itself to give light. As children of God, we are commanded to shine, and in order to shine, we must burn. The source of our light is God (John 1:4). That Source shines in darkness and darkness cannot overcome it. In other words, it resists darkness. There are lots of lessons to learn from this truth. First, we must shine and resist darkness. It is wrong for a child of God to stay idle and allow the works of darkness to thrive. As a child of God, you should be hot for the Lord. Evil and works of darkness should not feel comfortable wherever you are. However, no one can do this by his or her strength alone. You definitely need God for success and sustenance. He is the only reliable source. It is therefore important that you remain connected to your Source so that you don’t burn out (Proverbs 3:5-6).
The word of God teaches that light cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14-15). No one lights a candle and puts it under a bushel. No! The beauty of light is seen when it is exposed, not hidden. If you are working in an organisation and your co-workers cannot identify the light of Christ in you, then something is seriously amiss. Why? Because light cannot be hidden. In the same vein, we must know that we cannot hide our true character from people. It is both dangerous and unprofitable to be pretentious. We should therefore let people know our true colour. How? Be the best you can be for God. When you make up your mind to reflect the light of God in the midst of unrighteousness, the presence of God will always be seen in your life. A perfect illustration of this truth can be found in Joseph. He got to Egypt as a slave in Potiphar’s house, and God was with him there. He was tempted to hide the light and compromise his stand but he refused to yield to temptation. His action landed him in a dungeon, yet God was with him there. Finally he became the Prime Minister and God continued to be with him. Is your situation similar to that of Joseph? Please reflect the light. Are you facing a serious temptation to compromise your stand? Please reflect the light. God will always be with His children, and if God be with you, who can be against you?
Key Point:
If you remain connected to the source of light (God), you will not burn out.

While stepping out this morning, I noticed a Living Faith Church (Winners'Chapel) flyer on the floor, so I decided to pick it up to read. I always like to salvage gospel tracts on my way, I believe there is a seed of change in it- God's nonperishable word. You might want to pick up a tract from wasting too, it could save another reader's life.
So I picked up this tract/flyer that was an invitation to a programme- Convenant day of Prosperity and I decided to read, Lo and behold I was blessed by 4 wonderful testimonies.These testimonies like many others rekindle my faith in Testimonies. A testimony is like a key that unlocks our faith to receive all that God has in stock for us in a peculiar situation if God has done it for somebody he can do it for you too.Just believe and trust God

I've been born again and committed to the church I attend since 1991. Since then, I've been hearing about Living Faith but I've never heard Bishop Oyedepo's teaching or read any of his books. 31st of December, 2012 someone invited me here and I had the opportunity to listen to the Bishop's message. He spoke about blessings that lead to breakthrough, talking about parental blessings, priestly blessings among others. In January 2013, we became redundant where I work. My boss called me and said he was going to give me a 2-month contract (between February and March) which he might decide to renew or not at the end of March. Papa prophesied that the year 2013 shall be for us a year of divine surprises, next levels and miracle jobs. Therefore, any time I pray, I declare and echo those words. I got into the organization as an Account Officer, even though I read Marketing and I'm majorly a field person. I rose to the position of Administrative Officer where God prepared me for a better placement. Just 2 weeks ago, I got a job as a Human Resources Manager for a Lebanese company. PREFERRED ABOVE 18 OTHER PEOPLE
Sometimes last year when I was transferred from Lagos to Ilorin, I didn't know God had something in store for me. On my arrival in Ilorin, there was a proposal at my office and about 18 of us were eligible for the position because we wore the same rank in the office. About 2 weeks ago, when God's servant in the house was preaching and was coming towards me, I said within me “how can I touch his clothes”, as he got to where I was seated, he touched me himself and I said “Yes, everything is settled”. When I got back to my station, out of 18 of us eligible for the position, I was picked to head that office. Secondly when I was in Lagos, about 4 of us were given houses (3-Bedrooms flat) in Abuja and we were asked to pay up for the houses. My wife and I got money and paid for the house. Before Shiloh, nobody was occupying the house but during Shiloh, I told God I want somebody there by Christmas. Immediately after Shiloh, I called my friend that is in charge of the house and asked about the place, he said the place has been occupied. Thirdly, last Monday God added another year to me; I return all the glory to Him. OYEDEJI S. S.
BREAKTHROUGH JOB AHANOR IZUWA Period: March, 2012
I became a Covenant Partner of Daddy GO in March 2012. At that time, I was earning less than 25,000 Monthly.
In May 2012, I got a call from a a company I had long applied to and had almost given up the hope that they would ever call me. They asked me to resume immediately in July with a salary more than 20X my previous salary.

I greatly bless the name of the living God of heaven, the ancient of days, the omniscient one, the only one who hears and answers prayers, unquestionable God of heaven all glory, honor power and adoration be unto His exalted name. in 2003 I traveled to the UK and had a baby but unexpectedly I went home (Nigeria) in 2005 and didn't get a visa to go back the UK whilst my husband was still there. I tried several avenues to get babut all failed. I was estranged from my husband for almost 4 years and u can imagine the shame from people and family. my hubby came home 2008 d I had our 3rd child 2009. he later traveled again 2010 and I was left alone with 3 kids. in 2011 January I and my children tried UK work permit again and we were denied after paying 750, 000 naira. 2010 congress I was at redeem camp to pray for the visa success, I went with our passports and touched the alter with it praying and sobbing. I continued in prayers despite the disappointment and in 2012 may I won the visa lottery, I couldn't believe it, I have never won anything in my life. people of God i am a living testimony that after 8 years of failure separation, shame heartache I my children and my hubby are now safely in the USA to the glory of almighty God. praise the name of the Lord who can turn captivity around. new Jersey, United States
PASTOR KING OLUWAMAYOWA ADEWUNMI Period: April, 2013
I thank God for the salvation of my soul. Daddy GO came to Kenya last year for 2012 East Africa Regional Convention and prayed for peaceful election in Kenya. The election was held in March 2013 and it was peaceful contrary to expectations of many people, when the result was declared, there was also peace in the country. Also a word of knowledge came during March 2013 SHGS that someone's health will surprise the doctor which l claimed, l went for cardiac-echo the following week based on referral by doctor, and when the result came out the Cardiologist said the result was normal and no cause for alarm.
