No matter where you are; no matter what you do, there is always a place called forward. There is so much room at the top. Many have been there ahead of you. Ask ! for Help, seek Guidance. Take Action and Move forward. You are the one your world is waiting for. LEAD! GO FOR IT!
Most times we have goals, dreams and visions, often time we lose our drive to make things happen, we allow fear,Inertia and even analysis paralysis (too much planning and talks without actions due to fear) stop us from taking the first step.
You need to shake off all that holds you take action NOW because good things only happen to those who choose to go for it. It's your responsibility to make it happen.
God's ability and power are unlimited and all He wants for us is to be the channel of expression of the abundant life,love and riches to the world. The more of this we know the better and easier it is for us to manifest the glory. When you know this, you have no other options than to kick off inertia and take the first step!
If you want it so badly; you need to just GO FOR IT!

I have always loved this quote from Ralph Emerson and tonight i take a few lessons from it.
1. IT'S IN YOU! : The greatness you have always sought is closer to you than you can ever imagine. The unlimited power, talents and all you really want and desire is no where else than within you. You have it in you and when it looks like it's far away, the route is just right within you. Within you lies unused and explored potentials; a vast mine of diamond lie fallow beneath your feet. IT'S IN YOU!
2. Find it . It's in you but most times you have to find it. Dr. Myles Munroe has been credited to say the richest place on earth isn't the gold mine of South Africa but rather the grave yard. This is due to the vast reserves of unexplored and unrefined potentials of men who died before even finding it. You owe God, yourself and your entire generation and even posterity the sole responsibility of finding IT and exploring it.
3. You must unlock IT. Often times our very best is trapped right within us in the cage of idleness or complacency of 'good enough' often times we shut the door of mediocrity on the unexplored genius within us. At times we find it but it's just locked up; we need to unlock the doors that shut off our best expressions and allow good give way to greatness.
4. Release it: At times the vast potentials of ideas and true greatness that lie within is can't just seem to find full expression just because we refuse to let them out. We get so afraid of making a great change; we find safety in playing by the rules and staying in the comfort bay; The greatest events of our lives are usually outside the comfort zone..Like a woman going through the pain of travailing so as to enjoy the gain of prevailing; we need to release the wealth of gifts given to us to impact our world no matter how rough it might initially seem.
5. If it's to be it's up to ME. That is the creed of everyone who is aware and driven. After all has been said and done, It still boils down to us taking action; nothing works itself except it's worked upon. To have certain experiences you just make them happen! We have just ONE single lifetime and if you are not satisfied with it so far; You want to go to work right
away because all you need to begin the process is right in you! so whether you think you can or can't you are always right. IT' S UP TO YOU!

THE POWER OF CHOICE
Man is the greatest of all of God's creatures.He is so endowed and empowered.
Of the greatest of all the many blessings bestowed on us by God is our ability to alter the course of our lives though the power of choice.
I will consider this power of choice from the perspectives of BE-DO-HAVE Philosophy of personal development.
Man can choose to BE. To be is a state of being, this is a component of who you were in the past, who you are in the present and who you
want to be in the future! God has given man the power to influence this amongst all odds through the power of choice.
We can as well choose to do anything within your powers to do. Man can do anything! based on his present level of BEING! If he cannot do it
He just has not become it yet! We can choose to be and to become that which we desire.
Having been and done all within his powers man creates and avenue for himself to have all that comes with it.
So I opine that man can have all he chooses to have by being the kind of person and doing the related actions that are relevant
to him having the object of his desires.
The power of choice is a two-edged sword,which can be used to set about either a positive or negative result.
It is within your power to choose your outcome in every event and even when the outcome is not desirable it has been created by choice either consciously or consciously.
Choose Carefully; choose greatness!

This rule of success is shown in almost every matter – strive to be #1 in whatever you do. The #1 winner’s reward is usually many times bigger than second place and so on. For instance, do you who’s the second person who walked on the moon? You don’t. You just know Neil Armstrong, the first guy who did that.
Sometimes, you may feel you cannot be #1 because you’re “not good enough”. Then it’s mainly because you haven’t found what you’re really good at and how you can sharpen that skill or talent. For instance…
If you’re working in the office, maybe you could be the #1 person who comes up with ideas?
If you’re running a restaurant business, could you be the restaurant that has the best desert? And so on. Get the idea. ALWAYS strive to be #1.
2. Celebration
Regardless of how small your success is, you’ll always need to celebrate for it. Not throwing a big party of any kind, but to acknowledge yourself that you’ve reached another milestone. Reward yourself. You need that to stay motivated and to ensure yourself things are going well for you.
3. Gratitude
If you’ve achieved success, I’m very sure you did not do it by yourself. There are always other people (directly or indirectly) who have helped you. be grateful to them. And of course, the one “person” who’s always been involved is none other than God. So be thankful.
4. Do Not Blame
In your pursue to success, you’ll be challenged by all kinds of obstacles. It’s easy to let go of responsibility and blame someone (or something) for the failure. Maybe blaming helps you to ease your frustration but sadly, that doesn’t help you to fix anything – at all. In fact, it WEAKENS you. And if the blame goes to other people, you’ll lose respect. The fact is, if the success is achieved, it’s YOUR SUCCESS. So if you think from that perspective, don’t you think it’s your responsibility since you’re the one who gets the lion’s share?
5. Lead
You don’t hear stories of successful people who are not leaders. It’s quite obvious that leadership is required in you to achieve success. As I’ve mentioned earlier, it’s unlikely for you to achieve success without someone’s help. For you to get the help, you need to have leadership. One of the best ways to become leader is not other than to lead by example.
6. Success Compounding
You start with small successes. Do not feel that you’re not growing because you haven’t reached your goal yet. The funny thing with success is this – if you’re persistent enough and doing the right things, success will come to you eventually. And if you “compound” it, it’ll just get faster.
7. Optimistic, Not Positive Thinking
Positive thinking helps, but it’s being optimistic that will see you through. Because if you’re just being a positive thinker, you may continue to do things wrongly. Why? Positive thinkers do not see any “negative” matters in things that went wrong.
If you’re able to immerse yourself with these 7 secrets, I can bet that you’ll achieve success quicker. And also, easier.
