MORNING MOTIVATION:Insist On Today’s Productivity.
Insist On Today’s Productivity.
An unproductive day is an unhappy day. You were created to be productive... to accomplish... to multiply. Any progress toward your life dream today should be celebrated. Each hour is an “employee”...give it a specific Assignment.
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth,” (Genesis 1:28).

Assess Your Atmosphere.
Indians used to wet their fingers and hold them in the wind to discern the direction of air currents. So you must learn to observe and diagnose the currents, climate and emotional atmosphere others are creating around you. Their words are poison or power. Their words are destructive or creative. Their words are Doubt or Faith-building. Assess them accurately. Dismiss doubters.

Morning Motivation: Ask a Different Question
Ask A Different Question.
Stop asking yourself questions that do not have answers such as, “WHY did this happen to me?” Or, “WHY do they treat me this way?” Ask yourself creative questions such as, “WHAT can I do immediately to create changes?” Or, “HOW can I improve the situation?” Your Mind will struggle to produceanswers to every question you ask it. So, do not exhaust it. Ask theright questions.
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you,” (Matthew 7:7).

BRIAN TRACY SHARES AMAZING SECRETS
Brian Tracy is a great motivational speaker, bestselling author and business coach who we all respect and look up to in the industry. I am privileged to be subscribed to his amazing newsletter for over three years now. Yesterday, he shared great tips that can help anyone become a successful and effective communicator. I share it with you today; Read, Learn , practice, share and succeed!
Did you know that your ability to communicate effectively with others will do more to make you successful than any other skill that you can develop?
Nearly 85% of what you accomplish in your career and in your personal life will be determined by how well you can get your message across, how capable you are of inspiring other people to take action on your ideas and recommendations.
Once you’re able to master the skill of powerful communication, you’ll be living a life full of unlimited happiness. Imagine being able to express yourself openly and honestly to the degree in which others are influenced to do something because of what you have to say and HOW you say it.
Even if you are limited in education, experience or intelligence, being able to communicate effectively with others is the most powerful, un-limiting success tool you could ever have.
Nearly 99% of all of the difficulties between human beings, and within organizations are caused by breakdowns in the communication process. Either people do not say what they mean clearly enough, or other people do not receive the message that was sent in the form in which it was intended.
The good news is that effective communication is a learned skill.
THE 3 ELEMENTS OF DIRECT COMMUNICATION
According to Albert Mehrabian of UCLA, there are 3 elements in any direct, face-to-face communication. They are the elements of words, tone of voice, and body language.
The Elements of Words
Words only account for 7 % of any message. For an effective communication to take place, of course, all three parts of the message must be congruent and consistent with each other. If there isn’t any congruency, the receiver will be confused and will have a tendency to accept the predominant form of communication rather than the literal meaning or words.
Emphasis and Tone
The emphasis and tone have the power to completely change the message that is being communicated. Often, you will say something to a person and they may become offended. When you express that the words you used were intended to be inoffensive, the other person will tell you that it was your tone of voice that was the issue.
Body Language
You can dramatically increase the effect of your communication by leaning toward the speaker or shifting your weight forward onto the balls of your feet. If you can face the person directly and give them direct eye contact, combined with fully-focused attention, you double the impact of what you’re saying.
The more you can coordinate all 3 of these ingredients, the more impactful your message will be and the greater likelihood that the other person both understands and reacts the way you want them to.
The most important part of good communication is clarity. When you ask or say something clearly and then wait calmly and patiently for a complete answer, you will be amazed at how much more quickly the process of sending and receiving takes place.
The very best communicators are those who are the very best at asking for the things they want.
They ask questions to uncover the real needs and concerns of the other person. They ask questions to illuminate objections and problems that the other person might have with what they’re suggesting.
When you seek first to understand, by asking questions and listening carefully to the answers, and by presenting your viewpoint and your requests in such a way that they are consistent with the interests of the other person, you’ll become much more effective in getting the other person to act in a way that will be beneficial to both of you.
Once you can master the skill of effective communication, not only do you achieve incredible clarity in what you think, say and do, but you’ll also become known as a respected communicator everywhere you go.
To your success in speaking,

MOVIE REVIEW: THE STRATEGIES
I have not seen a complete movie for some weeks now, while I have not been to the cinema in a while , I have also been paying less attention to the TV and I have only seen shot videos and documentaries- this might be a pointer to current and future trend in the media..If video will be responsible for 60-80% of data usage say by 2020 according to most popular Telecomms vendor forecast, then, I figure most of these will be from short videos.
I recently bought a copy of The Strategies,a Christian drama film by MountZion, Faith Ministries I just finished watching the video and thought to share a brief review with you.
The Strategies( Well, as an Idea and innovations guy, I have been interested in Strategy topics these days...and above all Execution), is a movie about ministry and our walk with God. It placed side by side two men of God who set out in ministry at same time but with different focus and different values and this shaped differently their eventual achievements, walk and work with the Lord. I believe every believer (of course nonbeliever too)especially every minister of the gospel needs to watch this video as there are lots of lessons to learn from the movie written by Gloria Bamiloye and Directed by Mike Bamiloye a production of Mount Zion Film productions Nigeria.
Mountzion is one of the leading Gospel drama outfits in Nigeria and Africa others that I know of are POGEM, GACEM, and many great ones I can remember for (please feel free to remind us of others in the comments sections)
Key Lessons from this movie:
1. Follow the Master...Keep your eyes on Jesus, the master who called you into the ministry not on some other Ministers' or Godfathers.
2.Beware where you go for counsels through that many have entered into different schemes or societies unwittingly .
3. God has a plan..if He calls you He is faithful.
4. Do not merchandize the anointing ...ministry isn't a money making venture.(You heard me clearly..)
5. God is a just and honest Rewarder of every labor, be diligent and faithful to the Master and be heaven conscious.
6. Heed the God given, bible based counsel of your spiritual mentor or father .Its never too late to turn back from the wrong ways..
7. Unite in Love with your wife in Kingdom service, you become an unbeatable team.
Well, I have been blessed watching the movie and technically, the lighting ,sound and continuity were splendid. A great job was done in this production and the delivery better. I hope to watch more and review more christian dramas from now on as a new commitment . You definitely need to pick up a copy of these movie and watch and share with your pastor friends.
If you love this please share with your friends on WhatsApp, bbm and all social media
Be blessed!

5 Essentials to Becoming a Millionaire Before You're 30
It's a great day! My goal for many years now isn't just to be financially free but to also help many people on the journey. If you are still below the 30 mark like myself, this article will interest you and if you are way over the age of 30, I am double-fire- sure you will learn something from it. Timothy Sykes is a great guy, and this article he shares some value.
5 Essentials to Becoming a Millionaire Before You're 30
By Timothy Sykes, entrepreneur and Penny stock expert.
There are so many people today who think that their twenties are a time where they must struggle financially. However, this doesn’t have to be true. There are in fact ways to become a millionaire before you hit 30. If you dream of becoming a millionaire in your twenties, here are five of the most important things to keep in mind to achieve financial success beyond what you may have never dreamed possible.
1. Ignore traditional industries.
Lawyer or doctor is not on a path to becoming a millionaire in your twenties. Those professions require many extra years of schooling, which costs a lot of money. You will likely be repaying your student loan debt well into your thirties, or even later. Plus, individuals with these jobs often have a very real earning ceiling that is difficult to break through. You may never reach millionaire status.
Focus on new industries, such as Internet marketing. In today’s social media-centric world, jobs such as Internet marketing do not have an earning ceiling and don’t require a lot of training or education. Consider the balance between cost of education and earning potential.
2. Don’t focus on making millions.
If your focus is making millions, or how much money you can make from a venture, you will never achieve as much success as you could by focusing on making the best company that you can. Plus, if you put that quality product or service out into the public and eventually earn millions, you will start to feel very proud of yourself for the product you made, the work you did and the reward you received for this type of hard work.
Focus on making the best product and service possible.
3. Keep educating yourself.
Study and read as much as possible. If you are tackling a new industry where everyone already wants to be king, it’s crucial for you to have an advantage. The best way to do this is simply to read as much as possible.
I have a number of millionaire students invested in my program. None of us (myself included) are particularly gifted at math. We are not the smartest people on the planet. However, we do work our butts off. We read, we educate ourselves and we work around the clock to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
Forget, 9-5 jobs, we are all about the 15-18 hour days. Every day.
4. Be willing to make sacrifices.
You need to be make sacrifices to make this much money this early in life. You need to spend less time hanging out with your friends and family. You also need to put a lot of things second and your career first.
Relationships, starting a family and hanging out with friends, need to come second. Work needs to come first if you want to thrive in today’s demanding economy by making superior products and services that will earn millions.
Everyone wants that perfect work/life balance, but you have to accept that it won’t ever be the perfect balance if you want to be in the top tax bracket at the end of the year.
5. Focus on what you love and fix a problem.
To fully invest yourself in an industry and make millions, be sure you are focusing on what you love so it doesn’t seem like work and sacrifice to get your business off the ground. Focus not only on the right industry for you but on fixing a problem within that industry, so you know it has value to your consumer base.
Don’t allow a lack of technical skills to hold you back. You can always find technical skill. What you can’t just “find” is true passion or heart. Regardless of what niche you choose, make sure you are in love with it first. You would be surprised by how far true passion can take you. It just may be able to take you to that million dollar status you have been dreaming of.
To your financial Freedom!
