THROWBACK: TRAINING FOR A TELECOMMUNICATIONS VENDOR IN 2014

I found these  in my old personal email and I thought to share, since I haven't shared it before ( I actually have many  clips from trainings done recently, this year, not yet shared! )

This is  a good place to start. 

I always love training, coaching, sharing and imparting knowledge and I have been so blessed to be part of many amazing people's journey at different levels globally.

No one has a monopoly of knowledge, so in sharing we also enlarge our capacity to receive more.

This pictures were taken in 2014, My team and I had gotten an offer and we were leaving our organization a leading  Telecommunications Vendor  to join another leading  Telecommunications Vendor.  

The company was taking on a group of new Front line Support  Engineers who needed to be trained before our notice period.

So one morning,  my Manager  walked up to me and said something like  "Ayeni, I know you like sharing knowledge, you can get your slides ready and go get this done" 

I am always  grateful for opportunities like this.

I got excited, crafted my slides  and went on to have a great time, to do what was my first training in a corporate setting, training about 30 - 50 new Telecommunications Engineers. I was to take one of those days, while some of my Bosses were to take some sessions and some other days.

Within my session, we  covered many vital aspects of Network Operations Center, Events Management, Trouble Ticketing, Fault detection and escalation, introduction to relevant network tools and applications etc.

Overtime,  I have been excited to see, meet or hear of many of these talents who have gone on to work for the organisation,  different operators or rise through the ranks  in their different roles. 

I believe empowerment and  knowledge sharing is one  thing that makes me come alive and I will forever be committed to in different forms at different levels all my life.
